Information you submit through the partner application is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are authorized to submit it and that it is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universal Active Media LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, data or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices or policies.
We may modify these terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
